ORDERS RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
ModaViva ItalyŽ gladly accepts the return or exchange of merchandise purchased from modavivaitaly.com with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after receipt of the items. Swimwear items are however final sales and not returnable. All other items can be returned in the original package. A full refund will be issued within 30 days in the method of original payment. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Exchange shipping charges are charged at ground shipment rates. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only.
